Upcoming Events

New Parent Breakfast is on Wednesday, August 28 at 9:00 am in Rice Fellowship Hall. We would love for you to join other new and returning families at this get together.

Airboat Field Trip permission slips and payment is due next Tuesday.

Beginning of Year Reminders

Arrival and Dismissal

Class begins promptly at 8:00 am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. A student is considered tardy if they are not in their seat with their supplies ready to go when the National Anthem is played.

The start time for Wednesday and Friday is 10:00 am.

Middle school dismisses from school beginning at 1:10 pm. This allows the elementary school to start the car line. Middle school parents may be asked to go through the car line a second time if they arrive before 1:10 pm in order to keep the traffic moving along at a nice pace for everyone.

A Note About Wednesday and Fridays

Please bring backpack and supplies to school each Wednesday even if a field trip is planned. Should the schedule change at the last moment, students should be prepared with their school supplies.

Dress Code

Please remember that middle school students wear khaki or blue shorts, pants, or skirts with a polo shirt on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and with a school t-shirt on Wednesday and Friday. The polos are either red, white, or blue (same blue as the American flag) and the t-shirt must be one of the FCS shirts (not plain).

Cooler weather is a bit of time away, but please remember jackets or sweaters must also be plain red, white, or blue.

Middle school students may wear jeans each Thursday with their polo. Jeans should be free of rips, tears, and special washes.
